What about Lychees - do they have a similar sign nearby? After all, your grape might cause a slight skid, but with a lychee's hard exterior, it could be like standing on a ball bearing. And anyone who's seen a Tom and Jerry cartoon will understand the problems that could cause.
Also Lychees are sold loose, and so I would have thought it statistically more probable for rogue individual lychees to fall than an already-bagged grape that's part of a bunch. Not sure if Waitrose have thought this through properly.
